Understanding These Terms

Informed Consent

These Terms are structured to ensure informed consent. The legal awareness module is educational and may be reattempted. It is designed to ensure informed consent, not to exclude users.

Birth Year System

Birth year information is permanently locked upon account creation. The system calculates your age automatically and applies graduated protections.

Age-Based Protection Tiers

13-15
Highest Protection — Strictest content filtering, enhanced privacy, no targeted ads
16-17
High Protection — Strong content filtering, enhanced privacy, automatic adult transition at 18
18-20
Moderate Protection — Adjustable content filtering, full feature access
21+
Standard Protection — Full control over content filters, all available features

Adult Content Status

Adult content features remain disabled pending secure, privacy-preserving, government-aligned verification systems. This is a deliberate safety measure.

Parental Responsibility

Parents or guardians remain responsible for minor users to the maximum extent permitted by law. We recommend discussing online safety and our Community Guidelines with your child.

Donations & Subscriptions

Donations and subscriptions do NOT grant permission to violate Terms, exemption from moderation, access to disabled features, priority treatment, or ANY preferential treatment. ALL users are held to the same standards.

Binding Terms

Agreement

By accessing Ael'Voraveth, you agree to these Terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Minor Users

Parents or guardians remain responsible for minor users to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users must be at least 13 years old. Birth year is permanently locked upon account creation.

Export & Liability

Users are responsible for exported content following export. Governance protections apply within the platform environment only. Post-export modifications are not attributed to Ael'Voraveth.

Account Actions

Accounts are subject to suspension or termination in accordance with applicable law and platform policy. Providing false birth year information may result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Content

Zero tolerance policy for:

  • Sexualization of minors
  • Exploitation or grooming
  • Non-consensual imagery
  • Unauthorized likeness replication
  • Harassment-based generation
  • Hate speech and discrimination

Violations trigger suspension and potential legal escalation.
